Founder & Principal
Louise Povall
Louise Povall is an accomplished health care and government consultant specializing in business development and strategic advisory services, as well as innovative financial solutions for the government health care benefits sector. She is an advisor to companies doing business with and/or regulated by federal and state governments.
Prior to becoming a consultant in 2001, Louise held many executive level management positions in Massachusetts state government including COO/CFO of the state's Medicaid agency and COO/CFO of the Executive Office of Health and Human Services.
Thoughout her tenure in the public sector, Louise played a leadership role in identifying innovative solutions to preserve and leverage scarce state dollars appropriated to HHS agencies focusing on efficiency, cost effectiveness, revenue enhancement and savings initiatives. During her last five years in state government, she founded and co-chaired the Revenue Management Team which generated $1 billion.
Louise has been a proponent of leveraging the value of data and data integration to save money in state government and has been an invited speaker at the national Microsoft Conference for State Government CIO's on this subject. Louise holds a Master's Degree in Human Services Management from the Heller School at Brandeis University.
